Co Founder and Managing Partner
Bruce has developed an in-depth knowledge and experience despite only having been in the industry since 2005. He is regarded by many as one of the elite Realtors in Singapore and has a keen eye for hidden opportunities.

Bruce is also an avid property investor himself and his mainland Chinese, Indian and Indonesian investors keep in close contact with him to tap on his expertise and alternative ideas prior to making real estate related investment decisions.

Bruce’s clientele ranges from those who have just started out investing, all the way to the ultra high-net worth individuals (UHNWIs) in search for an experienced Realtor to manage their property assets. He is known to many for brokering several high profile transactions which includes Sentosa Bungalows, Good Class Bungalows, Commercial Offices & Industrial Buildings.

Over a short span of 10 years, his investment portfolio now consists of Singapore Landed & Condominium Homes, Commercial/Retail space, industrial units & Overseas Residential properties.

With over a decade of experience in real estate sales and development, Benson is still active in real estate advisory and brokerages.

His experience includes several high profile prime properties since 2007. With a good portfolio of High Networth Individual (HNWI) clients from the globe, his reach of properties include regal homes in prime and niche investment segments such as shop houses and retail spaces.

As a co-founder and managing partner, he manages TeamSRI along with the management team for its day to day operations and its growth story. SRI is one of Singapore's leading agency with over 1,000 realtors and many record breaking accolade records till date.

Ken Low started off as an agent in 2008 after graduating from NUS. Early on in his career, he noticed that there were systems and processes missing that can help new agents become successful and more importantly, keep the agents successful with the passing of time.

Ken funnelled everything he learnt into a system that provides agents with a guided path to success. He believed in creating automated systems for his associates to automate certain processes to take the uncertainty out of the real estate business.

Ken is the newest managing partner at SRI and has immediately made a difference in the new project marketing business of SRI. Now they have over 70 projects to market and is punching well above its weight against the bigger agencies.

Tricia Teo
Chief Operating Officer
Tricia has more than 20 years of real estate experience under her belt. She has led the sales and marketing of more than 20 residential and 50 industrial projects in her career. She has also exceptional understanding and knowledge in feasibility assessment of industrial land sales, from planning to design, project management and, sales and marketing. Her previous engagement of 14.5 years saw through the growth of a small organisation of 4 staff to a size of more than 100 staff strength, from only industrial to an almost full-fledged agency. Her exposure also extends to overseas expansion plus departmental growth.

As part of Level 1 (management team) for Singapore Realtors Inc, she works alongside the founders and support team to set forth a good foundation for the expanding organisation and to bring it to the next level of growth.

Tony has accumulated many years of experience in the real estate industry from sales to leadership and now management.

As early as 2007, he became a champion for technology for Real Estate and successfully launched a portal, a first to feature 720° virtual tours of more than 2800 projects locally, thus empowering the salesforce as early adopters of online marketing.

Being a visionary, he is an integral part of the success of SRI, in transforming the small realtor team into a recognisable force on the Singapore Real Estate arena.

Raama Subramaniyan has been in the real estate industry since 2008. Prior to joining SRI, he was a KEO of a start-up real estate agency. As an ACTA certified trainer, assessor and curriculum developer, Raama has mentored many salespersons over the years.

Raama began his career as a regular in the RSAF where he spent a good 10 years serving the nation. This was then followed by a short stint with Singapore Airlines as a trainee commercial pilot before ultimately embarking on a career in the real estate industry. He has not looked back since. In 2009, Raama completed his CEHA exams and in 2014 he similarly aced the then newly established REA exams by CEA.

Raama graduated with a Bachelor of Aviation degree and holds a private pilot’s license. He is a self-confessed tech geek and loves reviewing tech and gadgets of all kinds. When time permits, Raama enjoys creating engaging video content. It may interest you to know that Raama is also an avid runner.

In his daily work on the ground in the real estate industry, Raama prides himself on exemplifying core values such as honesty and accountability. This has led him to be recognised and much respected amongst his peers and colleagues.
