Bruce’s clientele ranges from those who have just started out investing, all the way to the ultra high-net worth individuals (UHNWIs) in search for an experienced Realtor to manage their property assets. He is known to many for brokering several high profile transactions which includes Sentosa Bungalows, Good Class Bungalows, Commercial Offices & Industrial Buildings.
Over a short span of 10 years, his investment portfolio now consists of Singapore Landed & Condominium Homes, Commercial/Retail space, industrial units & Overseas Residential properties.

His experience includes several high profile prime properties since 2007. With a good portfolio of High Networth Individual (HNWI) clients from the globe, his reach of properties include regal homes in prime and niche investment segments such as shop houses and retail spaces.

Ken funnelled everything he learnt into a system that provides agents with a guided path to success. He believed in creating automated systems for his associates to automate certain processes to take the uncertainty out of the real estate business.
Ken is the newest managing partner at SRI and has immediately made a difference in the new project marketing business of SRI. Now they have over 70 projects to market and is punching well above its weight against the bigger agencies.

As early as 2007, he became a champion for technology for Real Estate and successfully launched a portal, a first to feature 720° virtual tours of more than 2800 projects locally, thus empowering the salesforce as early adopters of online marketing.

Raama began his career as a regular in the RSAF where he spent a good 10 years serving the nation. This was then followed by a short stint with Singapore Airlines as a trainee commercial pilot before ultimately embarking on a career in the real estate industry. He has not looked back since. In 2009, Raama completed his CEHA exams and in 2014 he similarly aced the then newly established REA exams by CEA.
Raama graduated with a Bachelor of Aviation degree and holds a private pilot’s license. He is a self-confessed tech geek and loves reviewing tech and gadgets of all kinds. When time permits, Raama enjoys creating engaging video content. It may interest you to know that Raama is also an avid runner.
In his daily work on the ground in the real estate industry, Raama prides himself on exemplifying core values such as honesty and accountability. This has led him to be recognised and much respected amongst his peers and colleagues.
