Over a short span of 10 years, his investment portfolio now consists of Singapore Landed & Condominium Homes, Commercial/Retail space, industrial units & Overseas Residential properties.

Ken funnelled everything he learnt into a system that provides salespersons with a guided path to success. He believed in creating automated systems for his associates to automate certain processes to take the uncertainty out of the real estate business.
Ken is the newest managing partner at SRI and has immediately made a difference in the new project marketing business of SRI. Now they have over 70 projects to market and is punching well above its weight against the bigger agencies.

Nick is an Engineer by training, having graduated from the National University of Singapore (NUS) with an Honours (2nd Upper) Degree in Chemical Engineering. He is also a recipient of a Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) scholarship. As a firm believer in accumulating wealth through real estate investment, Nick left the SAF to pursue his passion in real estate full time in 2011.
Nick believes that ‘Honesty’ and ‘Integrity’ are two important traits of a good salesperson and he is committed to ensuring that every salesperson in SRI upholds these values in their daily agency work.
