Highlights
- Year-to-date resale volume of 13,620 for non-landed properties is expected to cross 15,000 this year, and surpass a 10-year high when 14,060 units were sold in 2011

- Year-to-date resale volume of 2,914 for landed properties set a decade high, surpassing the 2,783 houses sold in 2011. Total volume is expected to be in the range between 3,200 to 3,300 for the year
- 11 exec condos reached MOP this year, the highest-ever within a year since exec condo was introduced in 1996. Year-to-date resale volume of 1,846 is also an all-time high resulting from the huge supply. With another 7 projects obtaining MOP next year, resale volume will remain strong
- HDB resale volume for 2021 is expected to be in the range between 28,000 to 29,000, more than 20% increase compared to last year total of 23,334. This will set a new high in more than a decade when 34,854 flats were sold in 2010
