For the tenth straight month since Singapore exited the Circuit Breaker and entered Phase One Safe Re-opening on 2nd June last year, more than 2,000 HDB flats were sold (Table 1). Overall a total of 2,451 flats were sold in March, up 13.3 per cent and 26.5% from February and a year ago respectively.
