Developers launched 661 units and sold 909 units in October (excluding ECs). Records show that new private home sales excluding ECs have increased 9% since its sales in September. However, including ECs, private home sales have decreased by as much as 19.4% since September.
Private developments located on the OCR still consistently make up most of the sales in the sector with it accounting for 38.2% of the total private home sales. Sales in the RCR and CCR accounted for an equal 30.9% each for the month of October.
The three most popular projects for the month of October are Jervois Mansion, Parc Greenwich (EC), and Normanton Park. Parc Greenwich was also last month’s best-selling project and Normanton Park has been consistently listed as one of the top 3 projects since June 2021.
