Dynamic Team Dynamic Results
SRI started formerly as a team in another local outfit in 2010 with Co-founders Bruce Lye and Benson Koh.

In a quest to advance their ideas and values, Singapore Realtors Inc (SRI) was formed in 2016. Home for the agency is a ground floor office in the uber trendy Tiong Bahru neighbourhood. The open concept office is home to both our realtors and clients.

The team believes that a uni-tier concept, where information is freely shared, drives meaningful conversations and enriches relationships. SRI understands the meaning of winning battles together.

SRI Capital Markets has been instrumental in several En-bloc deals during the last residential en-bloc fever in Singapore. The team has a fantastic track record providing investment management services, research, consulting and financial advisory service to family offices and funds both in Singapore as well as overseas.
With a combined experience from capital markets agencies, SRI Capital Markets has the track records to handle funds/ family offices portfolios as well as the ability to transact in capital deals such as en bloc and special purpose vehicle acquisitions.

Recently I had just sold my home and I would like to recognize the professionalism and dedication demonstrated by my housing agent Daniel Tay of SRI during the engagement. His marketing approach was effective, and he is able to balance both buyer’s and seller’s (mine) demands well. I would gladly re-engage his services in future.
