We have achieved 95% vote of confidence within 2 weeks of the annual renewal exercise! We are thankful for all the trust and support from our SRI Family.
At the same time, we are also looking for more like-minded realtors to join us in this journey of reaching the strength of a team of 1,000. This was unnecessary previously, but the opportunities for the elites in SRI within the primary sales market has been nothing short of overwhelming. Our resale transactions have also quadrupled with our record breaking tracks through the performance of our elite team.
The ratio of opportunities per realtor has increased significantly but it is unrealistic to think we could handle more if we have less good hands.
We are limiting the family to 1,000 realtors to ensure good resources for all, also keeping our close culture and making sure that we can reach out and mentor each realtor closely through our Enrich sessions. Quality for us, always comes before Quantity.
